FAQ's

If the Retainer Fee is Non-Refundable, what happens if we are sick or need to cancel?

I am more than willing to work with you to reschedule a session if at all possible. If for whatever reason it is not possible to reschedule, you aren't wanting to, or we cannot work anything out and you just have to cancel, I will not charge you for the remainder of the service but the retainer fee is non-refundable, and you would not get any of that back.

Can our family pets be included in any of our sessions?

Yes!! Absolutely, I love animals, and love when my clients include them! Please just let me know when booking what kind of animals you would like to include and how many.

I saw this on Pinterest/Facebook/Somewhere online, can we try and recreate it?

I will do my best! As long as you are aware that some things take a lot of work and effort to try and produce, and we may not be able to get it exact to what you found. I am more than willing to work with you however to make it more you and about the moments you are trying to capture.
